Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Pallasite OÜ (registry code 17348411, registered in Estonia), the company that operates Flokk. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Flokk.

1. What Flokk is

Flokk is a social app for airline crew. It lets you build a profile, get verified as crew, share where you will be, post content, and connect with other crew members.

Flokk is a communication and discovery service. It is not an airline service, not a scheduling system of record, and not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. Nothing in the app should be relied on for operational or rostering decisions.

2. Who can use it

  • You are 18 years of age or older;
  • You can form a binding contract with us;
  • You have not previously been removed from Flokk; and
  • You are not barred from using the service under applicable law.

Flokk is intended for people who work, or have worked, as airline crew. Misrepresenting your employment or your identity is a breach of these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app, under Account → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Verification

Flokk offers verification to confirm that you are crew. To be verified you submit photos, which are reviewed by a person on our team. Verification is a signal of confidence, not a guarantee: we do not warrant that any user is who they claim to be, and you should exercise your own judgement when meeting or sharing information with anyone.

We may withhold, revoke, or re-request verification at any time.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve Flokk. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where we must keep it to comply with the law.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

6. Content and conduct — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Flokk.

You must not post, send, or share content that:

  • harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any person;
  • promotes hatred or violence against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation;
  • is sexually explicit, or sexualises any person without their consent;
  • depicts or promotes self-harm, or the sexual exploitation of anyone;
  • is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
  • impersonates another person, airline, or organisation;
  • discloses another person's private information — including their roster, hotel, home address, or location — without their consent;
  • is spam, a scam, or a commercial solicitation you were not invited to send.

You must not use Flokk to stalk, follow, or track another person, on the app or off it.

How we enforce this. You can report content and block other users from inside the app, and you can always write to info@pallasite.net. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them within 24 hours, by removing the content and, where warranted, removing the user who posted it. We may also remove content or suspend accounts on our own initiative.

If we act on your content or your account, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can contest that decision by writing to info@pallasite.net.

To report illegal content you can use the in-app report flow, or write to info@pallasite.net describing the content, where to find it, and why you believe it is unlawful. We will tell you what we decided and why.

7. Things you must not do

Do not: reverse-engineer or interfere with the app; scrape or bulk-collect other users' data; use automated means to create accounts or interact; probe or breach our security; or use Flokk in a way that damages it or degrades it for others.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect other users. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.

You may stop using Flokk, and delete your account, at any time.

9. Our content and marks

The Flokk app, its design, and the Flokk name and logo belong to Pallasite OÜ. These Terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the app as intended.

10. Apps distributed through the App Store

Flokk is licensed, not sold, to you. If you obtained Flokk from the Apple App Store, these Terms apply in place of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, except that where those standard terms give Apple rights — including the right to enforce them as a third-party beneficiary — those rights survive. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Flokk, and is not responsible for any claim relating to it.

11. No warranty

Flokk is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content on it is accurate. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, which we do not exclude.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Flokk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by this section.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app before it takes effect, and where the law requires it we will ask you to accept the new version. If you do not accept, you can stop using Flokk and delete your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK, or another country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own courts and to the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law, that right is not affected.
