FLOKK · COMMUNITY

Community Guidelines

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Flokk is a small, verified community of airline crew. It works because people here can be themselves without worrying about who is watching. These guidelines exist to keep it that way.

They apply everywhere in the app — profiles, posts, comments, photos, and messages. Breaking them can cost you your content or your account. The full legal version is in our Terms of Service.

1. Protect crew privacy — this one is different here

Our community shares something most apps' users do not: schedules, layover cities, and hotels. That information is useful to crew and dangerous in the wrong hands.

  • Never post another person's roster, layover, hotel, or location. Not as a joke, not as a "guess who I ran into", not in a comment.
  • Respect the visibility someone chose. If a crew member set a roster entry to followers-only, it does not get repeated in public.
  • Do not post photos that reveal where someone is staying — hotel signage, room numbers, keys, lanyards with legible details.
  • Do not share screenshots of private conversations.

If you would not be comfortable with a stranger knowing where you sleep tonight, do not do it to someone else.

2. Be a decent colleague

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, or pile-ons.
  • No hate speech or slurs — including about race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation.
  • No unwanted sexual attention. "She was friendly" is not consent.
  • Disagreement is fine. Contempt is not.

3. Be who you say you are

  • One account, your real identity, your actual role and airline.
  • Do not impersonate another crew member, an airline, or a company.
  • Verification is for confirming you are crew. Do not submit someone else's photos, or documents that are not yours.
  • Do not create a new account to get around a block or a suspension.

4. Keep it legal and safe

Nothing that is illegal, or promotes illegal activity. Nothing sexualising minors — ever, in any form. Nothing promoting self-harm. No content that compromises aviation safety or security, including anything that could help someone circumvent security procedures.

5. No spam, no selling

No bulk messaging, no scams, no crypto pitches, no recruiting people into schemes. If you want to promote something commercial, ask us first.

6. Reporting, and what happens next

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it in the app — or write to info@pallasite.net. You can also block any user, which stops them interacting with you.

Reports go to a person. We aim to review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may:

  • remove the content;
  • warn the account;
  • limit what the account can do;
  • suspend or permanently remove the account.

Serious cases — threats, sexual content involving minors, credible risk to someone's safety — skip straight to removal, and we may involve law enforcement.

If we act against you, we will tell you what we removed and why. If you think we got it wrong, reply and tell us — a different person will look at it.

7. Reporting illegal content

Anything you believe is illegal, rather than just against these guidelines, can be reported through the same in-app flow or by writing to info@pallasite.net. Tell us what the content is, where to find it, and why you believe it is unlawful, and we will tell you what we decided and why.

8. These guidelines will change

Flokk is new and this community is still forming. When we learn something, we will update this page and tell you in the app.
